To be eligible for a refund, both opened and unopened products are accepted for return. However, the product must be in its original packaging and must not be damaged beyond reasonable use. Please ensure that the product is returned in good condition.
In order to obtain your refund, contact customer service by phone or email to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Write this number on the outside of the shipping package and send the product back to our fulfillment center within thirty (30) days from the date you received your original order. The product must arrive at our fulfillment facility within the 30-day window to process your refund. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Once our fulfillment center receives the package and confirms the correct details, your refund will be issued. Refunds are credited back to your bank account and may take up to 3-5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing speed.
